We are in Prescott Lakes area in the Commerce Center and we are open for business November 1st, with the only Far Infrared heat, carpeted studio with live plants, fountain and instructors whose passion is LIFE and Yoga as part of their life! We have certified instructors in both Yoga, Ansura, Hot Yoga, power yoga, novice to experienced classes. Classes will be either 60 minutes or 90 minutes and we have four classes a day! Two early morning classes and two evening classes and three classes on saturday and sunday! Come see us for our Grand Opening the week of November 1st! I've lived in Prescott for four years having taught in the bay area, St. Louis, DC, and Tempe AZ. I've taught at the two studios, Prescott Yoga and Yoga Shala, also at the Community College, and started the yoga program at ERAU almost three years ago. Last year selected as Arizona Yoga Association's Featured Teacher, 2010 and this year asked to present at the Flagstaff Yoga Festival. I teach classes 5:30=6:45 mixed level M/W, Tues at 5:45 a restorative, Friday is a fast flow for $5 at 5:30-6:30pm and Sat. 8:30 am, mixed, 90 min. class. I keep my classes small to build community all the while affording the teachings I've accrued. For more information email me or go to my web and read about my yoga background.
