We need volunteers at the new Prescott Children’s Museum – the spot… a Child’s Museum, located inside Prescott Gateway Mall next to Dillard’s.

We are seeking adult volunteers to work at the museum during our open hours and special events – currently Thursdays and Fridays 11am – 3pm and events as scheduled.

Blankets 4 kids has been in the Tri-City area for the past 3 years and our goal is to donate blankets to kids ages 3-18 yrs. We also receive and donate knitted scarfs & hats to organizations such as Head Start,PAWS,CPS and many more. I have yarn I would gladly donate to your group if you would be willing to make us some blankies for the kids. I am in the process of placing drop-off blanket donation boxes in many of the retail outlets in the Tri-City area, which should greatly increase our volume of blankets.
Is there some way that we get together over coffee and talk about how we can work together for the kids in our area? I look forward to hearing from you!

Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) is a very rewarding place to volunteer. They train you to work with people in trauma. http://www.tipofaz.org
